Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Post-secondary coursework desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of two years customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance procedures
Ability to demonstrate educational requirements regarding care advocacy
Successful demonstration of case presentations regarding care advocacy to managing doctor and practice manager
Reliable and predictable attendance
Flexibility to travel to other locations within reasonable range
Adherence to personal protective equipment policies
Ability to handle protected health information in compliance with HIPAA
