A vital component of the role is the utilization of dental software like Dentrix to schedule appointments for multiple providers, maintain patient records, and process insurance claims and payments. The Business Assistant will also be responsible for reviewing treatment plan fees and payment options with patients, ensuring clarity and patient satisfaction.
Individuals in this position will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, bringing excellent communication and organizational abilities to the team. The role requires a passion for helping others and a commitment to supporting dental providers and team members in implementing Heartland Dental systems that optimize office potential. Employees will benefit from a culture that encourages continuous learning and growth, backed by comprehensive front-loaded education and training.
In addition to competitive pay and a stable career path, the Business Assistant will enjoy various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and access to on-demand daily pay. This position is designed for motivated, hard-working team players who value collaboration and professionalism while contributing meaningfully to patient care and community health.
