Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in dental required
  • Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable learning and using computer systems and office technology
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance with a friendly, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds as needed

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails while responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments while maintaining accuracy in Denticon
  • Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information
  • Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily office operations
  • Complete additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned
