This role is critical as the first point of contact for patients, where the receptionist plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience and supporting the smooth daily operations of the practice. The successful candidate will exemplify excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. This position works Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10am to 3pm, offering a salary range of $19 to $21 per hour.\n\nAs a Dental Receptionist at Clinton Endodontics, you will manage patient appointments through scheduling and confirming, respond to patient inquiries by phone and email, verify insurance coverage, and process billing and payments maintaining accurate financial records. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality, and coordinating patient flow within the office. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with dental practice management software. Additional administrative support duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the practice.
