The organization serves more than 74,300 patients annually, focusing on delivering comprehensive integrated health care services that include medical, dental, and behavioral health care. This extensive network spans 14 counties, ranging from the front range of Colorado to the Kansas border, with locations in Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Employing over 800 professionals, Peak Vista fosters a strong culture of hospitality and commitment to health equity, ensuring every patient receives respectful and compassionate care.

(AAAHC), underscoring its dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in health care delivery. The organization offers a supportive and inclusive environment that embraces cultural diversity, aligning its operations with its core values and vision. Employees are encouraged to contribute actively to the community impact and continuous improvement of care quality.
The Receptionist role at Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a vital position that embodies the first line of customer service within the health centers. This position is primarily responsible for directly supporting and guiding patients as they arrive and navigate through their health care experience. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills as the Receptionist schedules appointments, manages patient intake processes, answers inquiries, handles cash transactions, and directs phone calls efficiently. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in communicating appointment statuses and ensuring patients are informed promptly if providers are delayed, maintaining a professional and empathetic environment.
The position offers hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $23.20, dependent on experience, and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Individuals in this role must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various clinic locations within and around Colorado Springs to provide coverage, training, or assist with other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes collaboration with all departments, management, staff, and leadership to uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
Peak Vista is committed to the personal and professional growth of its employees, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), a 403(b) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, tuition assistance, perks rewards, and an employee assistance program. The Receptionist position requires a commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to compliance and conflict of interest policies, creating a trusted and effective health care environment. Prospective candidates must be prepared to undergo pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check, and must support the organization's drug and alcohol-free workplace policy.
