We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and adaptable Dental Receptionist who is cross-trained as a Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team at Fayette Endodontics. This full-time role primarily focuses on front desk responsibilities but includes cross training to allow the individual to support clinical operations as a backup Dental Assistant when needed. The position is scheduled from Monday through Thursday with some required Fridays, offering a consistent workweek that supports work-life balance. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $21 per hour, reflecting compensation that is competitive for the local market and role responsibilities. This dual-function role requires a combination of administrative expertise and clinical support skills, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to broaden their scope of work in a specialty dental setting.
As a Dental Receptionist and cross-trained Dental Assistant at Fayette Endodontics, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience through courteous and efficient front desk service. Duties include greeting patients warmly, managing appointment scheduling and confirmations, handling patient communications, verifying insurance coverage, processing payments, and maintaining precise financial and patient records. The role also demands coordination of patient flow and adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Importantly, the individual will assist the clinical team with dental assisting tasks when required, supporting the practice's smooth operation and providing care continuity for patients. Fayette Endodontics values professionalism, reliability, and a detail-oriented approach in candidates to maintain the high quality of care for which the practice is known. The role provides an opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive and technologically advanced environment, underpinned by a commitment to employee well-being and diversity.
