Job Description
Precision Endodontics is a reputable dental practice known for delivering exceptional endodontic care with a patient-centered approach. Our practice is committed to providing state-of-the-art dental treatments while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for all patients. As a part of Specialized Dental Partners and its affiliates, we emphasize diversity, inclusion, and equitable treatment of all employees and patients. Our team works collaboratively to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their individual needs, leveraging the latest technology and clinical expertise in endodontics. With a dedication to professional excellence and compassionate service, Precision Endodontics has established itself as a trusted name in the dental community, offering advanced solutions for tooth preservation and oral health.
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday. This role is vital as it serves as the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive first impression and fostering patient satisfaction. The Dental Receptionist will handle appointment scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, billing, and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our practice. Although Dental Assistant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, but the successful candidate may occasionally assist with clinical tasks as needed. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with dental practice management software and standard office applications like Microsoft Office.
Offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $26 per hour, the position also includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional employee perks. At Precision Endodontics, we adhere strictly to fair pay and equal opportunity employment standards, ensuring all staff members are compensated based on role, experience, and performance without discrimination. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to dental patient care and gain valuable experience in a supportive, professional environment with a focus on career growth and personal development.
