We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (Polish speaking) Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team at the Elmhurst location. This full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with one Saturday per month, offers an hourly salary range of $20 to $23. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience that supports both clinical staff and operational functions. Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
