The role being offered is for an Office Assistant, a vital position within the Ocean Dental team. This role requires a positive, upbeat individual who enjoys working with a diverse range of patients, including children, teens, and young adults. As the first point of contact for patients, an Office Assistant is responsible for fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring patients feel cared for and valued is a core aspect of the position.
Candidates with dental office experience are preferred, as familiarity with dental billing and administrative processes will significantly contribute to success in this role. Additionally, medical or dental billing expertise is advantageous and bilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve the diverse patient population. - Experience working in a dental office
- Knowledge of dental or medical billing
