Our team of dental professionals is passionate about promoting oral health and ensuring every patient receives personalized treatment tailored to their needs. Located in a convenient Elk Grove setting, our practice offers a welcoming atmosphere, state-of-the-art technology, and a supportive work environment which allows all team members to thrive and grow professionally.
We are currently seeking a front desk receptionist and treatment coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our practice, functioning as the first point of contact for patients and an essential liaison between patients and clinical staff. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, exude professionalism, and demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently. While prior dental front office experience is preferred, we encourage those eager to learn and grow professionally to apply, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive salary range of $18.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions from the initial contact through the coordination of treatment plans. You will answer phone calls promptly, schedule and confirm appointments, manage payments including collection and posting, and verify insurance eligibility to ensure smooth processing of claims. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the treatment team by presenting treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner. Being a team player is crucial as you will collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other office staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills. Adaptability, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care will make a significant impact. We value employees who are proactive and eager to contribute positively to our team culture and practice success. This position is located onsite to provide direct patient interaction and hands-on coordination with the clinical staff. Our practice also offers a variety of benefits including 401(k) plan, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. Join us and become part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing smiles and promoting oral health in the Elk Grove community.
