Job Description
Sierra Endodontics is a specialized dental practice focused on providing expert endodontic care to patients. Our office is dedicated to excellence in patient care and creating a welcoming environment where every individual feels valued and supported throughout their treatment journey. Located in a convenient area, Sierra Endodontics prides itself on combining advanced dental technology with compassionate service to meet the unique dental health needs of our community. As a part of our team, professionals are empowered to contribute to a patient-centered approach that emphasizes clear communication, efficiency, and attention to detail. We operate during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent availability for patient appointments and inquiries.
We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced and dynamic Endodontic office. This role is integral to the daily operations and success of our practice as the first point of contact for all patients. The Receptionist will handle diverse responsibilities such as managing communications through calls, texts, and emails, confirming appointments, and greeting patients promptly upon arrival. Key duties include maintaining accurate scheduling records, managing incoming referrals, and collecting or scanning necessary documents for patient files. The ability to handle dental insurance information sensitively and knowledgeably is also essential. While Spanish bilingual skills are preferred, they are not required, but the ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating clearly with patients regarding insurance and treatment inquiries.
The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in a dental front desk or administrative role to ensure the candidate can seamlessly integrate into the workflow and provide top-tier service from day one. This job demands strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism in managing confidential patient data. Candidates familiar with scheduling and patient management software will find this experience beneficial in performing their duties efficiently. Compensation starts at $22 per hour, with pay scale adjustments based on experience. Alongside competitive pay, Sierra Endodontics offers comprehensive benefits such as 401(k) matching, dental and health insurance plans, and paid time off to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth. This full-time opportunity requires consistent availability Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and is based on an in-person work arrangement. Join our team to contribute meaningfully to patient care in a specialized healthcare environment and build a rewarding career in dental administration.
