Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in dental front desk or administrative role
  • Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
  • Ability to handle patient communications professionally
  • Familiarity with basic dental insurance processes preferred
  • Comfortable explaining treatment plans, costs, and collecting payments
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • Previous dental front desk/administrative experience - 3 years minimum
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with scheduling and patient management software (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Answer calls, texts, and emails
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders
  • Greet and check in patients efficiently
  • Contact and manage all incoming referrals promptly
  • Ensure paperwork and consents are complete
  • Maintain accurate schedules and patient notes
  • Manage post-op, recall, and re-evaluation scheduling
  • Obtain dental insurance information
  • Verify dental insurance when needed
  • Answer insurance/EOB questions patients may ask
