This role is integral to the patient experience, serving as the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for patients seeking orthodontic care. As a Patient Concierge, you will handle inbound calls in a high-volume setting, manage scheduling for new and existing patients, and collaborate with orthodontic teams across multiple office locations. Your excellent communication skills and warm, professional phone presence will create lasting positive impressions, ensuring patients feel valued and supported from their very first interaction. This role is more than just answering phones; it’s about actively guiding patients through their care path, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in concierge or customer service roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high call volume
- Competence with office management systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Availability to work the specified schedule of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, four days a week with rotating days off
