Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to work full shifts standing
  • Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe or state certification
  • Must be punctual for 4:00 AM opening shifts
  • Knowledge and training in kitchen emergencies such as first aid, CPR, and fires

  • Knowledge or training in kitchen emergencies including first aid, CPR, and fire safety

Job Duties

  • Prepare doughnuts from start to finish including preparation, frying, and decorating
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of fryers and manage inventory of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
  • Help front of house by providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
  • Assist in additional duties such as sweeping, dishes, or garbage
