Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to work full shifts standing
- Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe or state certification
- Must be punctual for 4:00 AM opening shifts
- Knowledge and training in kitchen emergencies such as first aid, CPR, and fires

Job Duties
- Prepare doughnuts from start to finish including preparation, frying, and decorating
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of fryers and manage inventory of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Help front of house by providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Assist in additional duties such as sweeping, dishes, or garbage
