Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of professional culinary experience
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- strong communication and customer-facing skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel to event locations
Job Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably in catering, events, or demonstrations
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- strong communication and customer-facing skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel to event locations
- experience in live culinary demonstrations or brand ambassador roles
- background in wholesale, seafood, or high-volume food production
- experience in menu planning and product presentation
- food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)
- experience managing event logistics and setup
Job Duties
- Plan, prepare, and execute offsite culinary demonstrations and events
- coordinate all event logistics, including ingredient sourcing, packing, and equipment readiness
- arrive on location fully prepared with all necessary tools, ingredients, and materials for a successful event
- cook and present food in a professional, engaging, and visually appealing manner
- represent the company brand positively during client-facing events
- ensure all food meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations in all environments
- assist with pre-event prep and post-event breakdown/cleanup
- collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to align event execution with business goals
- manage multiple events and priorities, including occasional evening and weekend work
