Job Description
Brand Revolution is a dynamic and innovative company located in Leander, Texas, specializing in providing unique and customizable high-tech solutions to clients through its Tech Rally Flex (TRF) program. The company excels in delivering the latest commercial, consumer, small business, and gaming technology products including peripherals and monitors directly to clients’ locations. Brand Revolution prides itself on enabling clients to host their own on-site interactive technology experiences, offering a hands-on exploration of cutting-edge creative technology products. This approach provides a convenient and immersive way for customers to engage with the latest technology solutions from the comfort of their preferred venues.
The TRF Coordinator plays a vital role within Brand Revolution, reporting directly to the VP of Logistics at the Leander warehouse. This position is designed to support and advance the initiatives of the Tech Rally Flex program, along with assisting warehouse operations and the trucking-based Tech Rally Mobile program when necessary. The role is highly public and client-facing, requiring frequent travel—approximately 30%—to interact with clients, set up technology display activations, and oversee event phases from initiation to completion, including tear down and return logistics.
The TRF Coordinator must exhibit a strong orientation towards detail, organization, and customer service while demonstrating effective communication skills and computer proficiency. Responsibilities include managing the TRF program’s product inventory and logistics, coordinating with clients throughout the lifecycle of the activations, and maintaining an accurate software database of TRF products. The coordinator serves as a subject matter expert on inventory and program processes, ensuring clarity in communication and smooth execution of program initiatives.
Key responsibilities extend to quality control of both inbound and outbound inventory, including physical inspection of shipments, documentation of any damages, reconciling inventory with client orders, and managing replacements as needed. Additionally, warehouse duties encompass managing visual inventory databases, allocating storage space, handling freight receipts, maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness, and facilitating deliveries and pickups utilizing company vehicles.
Applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values reliability, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving. The position demands physical ability to handle moderate lifting, prolonged standing or sitting, and occasional bending, balancing, and twisting. The successful candidate will embody Brand Revolution’s commitment to professionalism and customer-centric service while adhering to company policies and fostering a collaborative internal and external working environment.
Brand Revolution is committed to diversity and inclusion, offering equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status, disability, or other protected characteristics. The company encourages applicants who thrive in an innovative, supportive culture and who take pride in contributing to a leading-edge technology experience program.
