Compensation varies by role, with General Service Technicians earning up to $18 per hour, Lube Technicians starting at $15 per hour, Mechanic/Technicians earning up to $30 flag rate, Master Technicians up to $45 flag rate, and Sales & Service Advisors up to $20 per hour plus bonus opportunities. Management positions are salaried with hourly plus commission and bonus potential.
