The position available is a full-time, non-management role as a Guest Service Support Expert within the Food and Beverage department at Foundry Fieldhouse. This role is essential to the seamless operation of food and beverage services, supporting both the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour with eligibility for tips, emphasizing the role's direct interaction with guests and the importance of excellent service.
As a Guest Service Support Expert, the incumbent is expected to contribute to building an experience that goes beyond simply serving food and drinks. This role supports the flow of operations by setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. The position demands physical endurance and agility as it involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working on varied surfaces. Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are critical to the role’s success.
