Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to learn and operate event-related software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and guest service standards
Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating operation of special events or leisure experience activities
- Check status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct aesthetic deficiencies
- Support training guidelines for special events staff
- Monitor and assist with training for special events employees
- Learn and operate software systems used in events such as ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage
- Resolve financial, inventory, numeric discrepancies
- Follow company policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions
