Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to learn and operate event-related software systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating operation of special events or leisure experience activities
  • Check status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct aesthetic deficiencies
  • Support training guidelines for special events staff
  • Monitor and assist with training for special events employees
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events such as ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, numeric discrepancies
  • Follow company policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions
