The role involves assisting warehouse personnel with shipping and receiving tasks when needed, including preparing orders for shipment and stocking incoming materials.

This position requires physical capability, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and the willingness to work overtime when necessary. Comprehensive training and support are provided to ensure all drivers maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations. Ferguson values strong communication and a customer-focused approach, expecting drivers to be adept at navigating and utilizing basic technology such as tablets to facilitate smooth operations.

This opportunity not only provides competitive compensation package but also an impressive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness programs, and participation in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
