This opportunity is for a Delivery Truck Driver position at US Foods’ transportation team based in Reno, NV. The role offers an expected base hourly rate of $35.50, with additional compensation for overtime work. The work schedule is primarily a first shift with Monday through Sunday availability required, alongside the expectation for daily overtime. The Delivery Truck Driver plays a crucial role in the supply chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction by delivering a variety of food and supply products to customer drop-off sites. Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- valid U S driver s license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required
- no more than two convictions in past two-year period for traffic violations
- no DUI convictions in past three years
- no driver s license suspensions in past three years
- minimum six months of commercial driving experience in any industry or three months of driving experience in food and beverage delivery industry
- ability to pass DOT physical
Job Qualifications
- valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications

Job Duties
- deliver customers orders to meet scheduled delivery times and keep productivity
- unload products with a hand truck and place items in the customer storage area
- perform repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds
- make frequent stops during a work shift and deliver product in inclement weather conditions
- verify delivery of items with customers and collect money (cash or checks) where needed
