The company’s mission centers on making healthcare more accessible and manageable across every stage of life, enabling patients to receive the care they need in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. This forward-thinking approach highlights Accendra's commitment to innovation and patient-centered care, combining deep expertise in respiratory and durable medical equipment with superior service delivery.

Accendra Health is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Delivery Technician. This position is instrumental in supporting patients by delivering durable medical equipment directly to their homes, ensuring that they have the necessary tools for their treatment and recovery. The Delivery Technician will be responsible for handling and transporting medical devices, supplies, and oxygen equipment, often providing basic instructions for their use under the constraints of state licensure. Maintaining accurate delivery logs, monitoring vehicle maintenance, and responding promptly to emergency delivery calls during business hours are key aspects of this role.

This position offers an hourly salary range of $17.64 to $18.86, with actual compensation determined based on experience, skills, education, and location. Candidates must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and physically capable of performing the requirements of the role, such as lifting and moving equipment, navigating various home environments, and ensuring the safety and proper use of medical devices. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to regulatory standards set by the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.), the Food and Drug Administration (F.D.A.), and other accrediting bodies.

Accendra Health offers a comprehensive benefits program devised to support employees throughout all stages of life, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) plans, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, and wellness programs. This dynamic and rewarding role is ideal for individuals who value meaningful work that directly impacts people's health and well-being.
