This role focuses on supporting Walmart’s Online Grocery Delivery and Pick-Up department at the Union City, California location. The position is part-time with shifts available during mid-shift and closing hours, offering flexibility for work-life balance. The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $31, depending on various factors such as job location, schedule, and performance, with additional compensation available through quarterly or annual incentives and specific premiums.

Delivery Associates are responsible for loading and unloading products from vehicles, delivering merchandise to customers’ doors, and confirming deliveries to maintain high customer satisfaction. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to uphold Walmart’s standards of service.
