The role of Delivery Operations Manager at Breakthru Beverage Group is a full-time position reporting to market operations under the jobs family group. The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the daily management of the delivery operations team to ensure efficient and safe product distribution. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery fleet, maintaining driver attendance and compliance records, and collaborating across departments to enhance operational productivity. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers to resolve issues, managing payroll oversight, and ensuring adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including safety and drug screening requirements. Furthermore, this role involves training and coaching drivers on safe driving practices, proper handling of beverage alcohol products, and customer service excellence. The Delivery Operations Manager will conduct regular ride-alongs to monitor driver performance and ensure that company standards for safety, customer service, and productivity are met. The role requires sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The salary range for this position is $54,600 to $74,025, and the role is eligible for a bonus program, health care benefits, life insurance, paid time off, and the company’s 401(k) plan.
