Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience
- minimum of 3 years experience in related area
- proficient PC skills using MS Office and various computer programs
- strong communication skills including verbal and written
- ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- analytic and reporting skills
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- CDL-B required
Job Qualifications

- ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- maintain a valid CDL license preferred
Job Duties
- Effectively aide in managing the delivery operations team
- monitor delivery fleet using MobileCast and/or Roadnet
- recommend and/or perform performance management actions including selection and hiring, transferring, discharging, assignment of work, or progressive discipline
- maintain driver’s attendance records including sick days and vacation
- train drivers in safe driving, proper lifting techniques, and company delivery processes
- regularly perform ride-alongs with drivers to coach and observe customer service, productivity metrics, and safety practices
- oversee payroll including attendance and paid time off
- ensure DOT compliance including safety requirements and drug screening
- verify and process daily delivery driver invoices and associated paperwork
- interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and create cohesive relationships
- collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery, and customer service departments
- administer worker’s compensation, incentive, and safety programs
- responsibly handle beverage alcohol product
- perform other duties as assigned
