Delivery Station Supervisor

As a Delivery Station Supervisor at HelloFresh, you will hold a pivotal leadership position overseeing the logistics package sort operation. You will be responsible for managing the activities at the Hub, which includes unloading, sorting, and allocating freight for drivers. Your leadership will ensure that safe operations at the Hub are of the highest priority. Managing up to 20 associates on shift, you will provide coverage in the absence of the Logistics Hub Manager, particularly during night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

This role demands a proactive and hands-on leader who can efficiently use HelloFresh technology and systems to guide operational decision-making while fostering a culture of safety within the facility and across transport routes. You will play a critical role in supporting operational scaling by reporting directly to the Logistics Hub Manager and managing any operational delays or issues with swift analysis and prioritization to prevent failures. Communication is key, and conducting team huddles to maintain employee engagement and open lines of communication forms an essential part of your responsibilities.

Your duties will also involve some dispatching functions and ensuring the security of all HelloFresh assets including facilities, vehicles, and inventory. You are expected to build an inclusive workplace culture that nurtures staff retention and teamwork. By applying lean facility principles, you will recommend and implement process improvements to maintain efficient operations. On rare occasions, you might also transport delayed package deliveries or manage vehicle movements related to the repair shop.

This full-time role operates primarily on a night shift schedule from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 10 pm, with the flexibility to adapt to day shifts or additional weekend days based on local needs. The salary range for this position in New Jersey is $63,000 to $67,500 annually, reflecting competitive compensation aligned with industry standards.
