Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license including a clean driving record
  • five years driving experience required
  • able to pass DOT certification physical
  • high school diploma
  • effective communication skills including reading, writing, and listening
  • ability to work independently or in a team
  • DOT certification preferred
  • one year warehouse experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts
  • ensure all items are stored properly and safely
  • complete paperwork related to deliveries
  • maintain delivery records
  • Safely deliver packages, cabinets, hardware, or other items to designated locations adhering to scheduled timelines
  • Utilize navigation tools to determine the most efficient delivery routes and manage travel time effectively
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, ensure safety standards are met
  • Adhere to all laws and regulations
  • inspect and perform basic maintenance on fleet vehicles
