Established with a commitment to customer satisfaction, product reliability, and continuous growth, O'Reilly Auto Parts has built a strong presence across the United States with thousands of locations to serve a diverse and dynamic clientele. The company prides itself on a culture that values employee development, promote-from-within philosophy, and fostering an inclusive work environment that encourages growth and opportunity for all team members.

The Delivery Specialist role at O'Reilly Auto Parts is essential to maintaining the company’s reputation for timely and reliable service. This position involves the safe operation and maintenance of store vehicles used to deliver automotive parts and products to professional customers. The Delivery Specialist will not only be responsible for efficient product delivery but also for managing customer interactions during cash-on-delivery transactions and handling customer returns. This role requires a dependable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery routes and customer needs.

As a Delivery Specialist, you will be entrusted with several responsibilities including the daily inspection and upkeep of delivery vehicles, ensuring security of company property such as keys, fuel cards, handheld devices, and cash collected from deliveries. You will utilize delivery fleet management handheld devices to process orders, capture signatures, and update vehicle logs. Safety and security are paramount, and you will adhere closely to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of delivery service.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.90 to $24.90, with potential for additional compensation through performance bonuses, premiums based on shift schedules or locations, and seasonal incentives. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply as communication with a diverse customer base is valued.

Beyond the core delivery duties, this role may occasionally involve supporting store operations by assisting customers in-store, managing stock orders, merchandising, cashier duties, and other tasks that contribute to a smooth business flow. This provides a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced retail environment and develop a rewarding career with a reputable company.

O'Reilly Auto Parts offers a comprehensive total compensation package including competitive wages, paid time off, stock purchase plans, 401k plans with employer contributions starting from day one, and various health insurance options including medical, dental, and vision coverage. The company also supports employee well-being with health programs, tuition educational assistance, and clear opportunities for career advancement. O'Reilly Auto Parts is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
