This role is for a Delivery Driver responsible for operating a 16-foot box truck or van to deliver and unload various food and beverage products to Unity Foods customers. The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in maintaining the company's high standards of customer service while adhering strictly to state and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This position requires a dependable individual capable of managing early morning start times, overtime hours, weekends, and holidays to meet customer delivery needs effectively. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to handle products weighing up to 80 pounds, frequently loading and unloading deliveries in various weather conditions, including navigating ramps, stairs, and docks.

As a Delivery Driver at Unity Foods, the employee is expected to follow assigned route schedules precisely and communicate any deviations to the management team promptly. They will be responsible for verifying deliveries with customers and obtaining the necessary signatures to ensure accurate transaction records. The driver will also handle customer returns and damaged goods, ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed.
