AmeriGas is currently seeking safety-minded and customer-focused Delivery Representatives to join its team. This role is vital to the day-to-day operations and success of AmeriGas, as Delivery Representatives are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of propane to customers in local communities. This role requires a professional who is not only attentive to safety protocols but also capable of providing exceptional customer service. Delivery Representatives operate commercial propane delivery trucks, filling both residential and commercial bulk tanks, as well as delivering propane cylinders to industrial customers. Their work is guided by strict adherence to federal, state, and company safety regulations, and they must consistently use personal protective equipment to maintain high safety standards.

Applicants must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, maintain an acceptable driving record, pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check, and be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Lifting up to 70 pounds is required. Job Duties
- Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
- fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
- deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
- perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations as well as AmeriGas safety and operations policies
- consistently use required personal protective equipment
- work 8 to 12-hour shifts depending on fluctuating needs
