Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with internal and external customers
- maintain a smartphone with data plan capable of operating delivery software
- broad knowledge of company objectives
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to read and understand merchandise pricing and invoicing
- excellent computer skills in all applicable programs
- ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
- valid driver’s license for a minimum of 60 months
- driving record free of significant violations and meeting company policies and standards
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- ability to maneuver up to 165 pounds with assistance of a hand truck or lifting implement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work independently
- ability to use all applicable computer programs effectively
- ability to read and understand merchandise pricing and invoicing
- demonstrate ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
- maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Fill, rotate, and merchandise products in cold vaults, shelves and displays
- move product from pallets to cooler to stock using a hand truck
- organize, rotate, and maintain backroom coolers for easy access
- maintain professional behavior with all accounts serviced
- participate in company and team meetings
- attend continued education programs such as BrewU courses related to job function and safety
- assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Delivery Manager and Area Delivery Managers
