This company values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous employee development to maintain its competitive edge in the market.

The Delivery Merchandiser role plays a crucial part in the company's delivery and merchandising operations. Reporting directly to the Delivery Manager, this nonexempt position is responsible for following delivery drivers to retail accounts and ensuring that products are suitably merchandised in various retail environments. The role requires a blend of physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with retail clients and maintain a high standard of merchandising. The Delivery Merchandiser will handle the physical movement and stocking of products, including unloading pallets, stocking coolers, rotating products, and maintaining backroom storage areas to optimize product accessibility and freshness.

In this role, the individual will be tasked with filling and rotating products in cold vaults, shelves, and displays, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and maneuver heavier loads with specialized equipment like hand trucks. The Delivery Merchandiser is expected to move products efficiently and maintain organized storage areas while meeting allocated timeframes and prioritizing retailer satisfaction. The company places great emphasis on professional behavior and maintaining positive relationships with client accounts.

The role also offers opportunities for personal and professional growth through participation in company and team meetings, continued education programs like BrewU courses related to job functions and safety, and a transitional training program aimed at advancing Delivery Merchandisers into sales roles. This focus on development underscores the company’s commitment to employee progress and skill enhancement.

Overall, this position suits individuals who thrive in dynamic, hands-on environments and who have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, customer service, and professional growth. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills, the ability to work both independently and efficiently to meet deadlines, and a solid understanding of company objectives and merchandise management.
