We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Delivery Driver Helper. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the delivery drivers in the efficient and safe transportation of beverage products to assigned retail accounts daily. The Delivery Driver Helper will assist in unloading and delivering products directly into retail customers' establishments, ensuring all items are handled with care and in accordance with safety standards. This position requires an individual who is organized, capable of managing physically demanding tasks, and committed to maintaining the freshness and quality of the products delivered. The helper will actively participate in product rotation within the retail locations to maintain product freshness and uphold the high standards Central States Beverage Company is known for. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift up to 170 pounds when handling keg products
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness to work in a physically active and demanding environment
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and handle products weighing 25 to 50 pounds regularly
- Experience in a physically demanding role preferred but not required
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Assist drivers with product delivery to assigned accounts safely and efficiently
- Safely unload and deliver products into retail accounts
- Complete all assigned deliveries promptly and in an organized manner
- Rotate delivered products within customer locations to ensure freshness
- Handle products carefully to maintain quality during delivery
- Support drivers in meeting delivery schedules
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty
