Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
high school diploma or GED equivalent
eligible to work in the United States
must be able to lift 50 pounds
must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record per company standards
must meet all applicable state-specific driver’s license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability and willingness to drive safely following all company safety standards
capable of safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks
ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
proficiency with basic math
effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
proficiency in basic math skills
effective verbal and written communication skills
experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred
ability to use computers and handheld radio frequency devices
strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality
willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge about branch operations

Job Duties

Use vehicle to deliver orders in a safe and courteous manner
pick up returned merchandise from customers
create and maintain records related to deliveries and returns
dispatch and confirm customer orders
generate delivery manifests and receiving documents
sort, organize, and prepare merchandise from receiving or production areas
ensure customer orders are located, picked up, and signed for
collect funds from customers if needed
operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
perform other duties as assigned
