The role of Delivery Driver/Warehouse Team Member at Worldpac is a critical position that combines delivery responsibilities with warehouse operational functions. This role involves driving established routes safely and efficiently to deliver automotive parts and products to customers, as well as picking up returned merchandise. Equally important, the position handles all shipping and receiving duties within the branch, playing a vital role in maintaining smooth inventory management and customer service. The Delivery Driver/Warehouse Team Member is tasked with ensuring orders are dispatched, confirmed, and documented accurately, preparing merchandise for storage or transfer, and managing customer interactions with professionalism and courteousness.
This position is onsite and offers an hourly wage ranging between $17.00 and $22.75, which may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and relevant training. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- eligible to work within the country of application
- must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record per company standards
- must meet state or province-specific driver’s license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle
- willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge about all aspects of Branch operations
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals
- ability and willingness to drive safely adhering to all company safety standards
- consistent and reliable attendance
- operates safely and can maintain a clean and neat work environment
- ability to challenge upwards with respectful pushback

Job Duties
- Use vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner
- create and maintain records as needed
- dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents
- sort, organize and prepare merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas by part and quantity
- ensure that customer orders are located, picked up and signed for
- collect funds from customers if needed and maintain all necessary documents
- perform other duties as assigned
