Job Requirements
- High school or secondary school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work within the country in which you are applying
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record per company standards
- Must meet all applicable state/province-specific driver’s license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle to perform delivery duties
- Exemplify great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Operate safely and maintain a clean and neat working environment
- Ability to challenge upwards respectfully
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge about branch operations
- Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents
- Commitment to safe driving according to company standards
- Ability to safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Proficient basic math skills
- Ability to use computer and handheld radio frequency devices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Use a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously
- Create and maintain records as needed
- Dispatch, confirm customer order and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents
- Sort, organize and prepare merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or designated locations by part and quantity
- Ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for
- Collect funds from customers if needed and maintain all necessary documents
- Perform other assigned duties
