This position requires a dependable individual who can safely operate delivery vehicles, often handling customer interactions to ensure satisfaction. This role involves loading and unloading goods, maintaining accurate records, dispatching and confirming orders, generating delivery manifests, and processing returned merchandise. The candidate needs to efficiently sort and organize inventory in the warehouse, prepare merchandise for shipment or storage, and collect payments when necessary.

Ideal candidates have familiarity with automotive parts and show dedication to going above and beyond in customer service. There is an emphasis on safe vehicle operation, clean and neat work habits, and the ability to challenge respectfully to foster continuous improvement. The role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and navigating various warehouse tasks efficiently.

Employees in this role benefit from a robust package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance programs. Financial benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, life and accidental death insurance, and disability coverage.
