Worldpac is a leading distributor specializing in automotive parts and services, known for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. As a company rooted in the automotive aftermarket industry, Worldpac provides solutions that meet the needs of repair shops, distributors, and customers nationwide. With a focus on innovation and expertise, Worldpac continues to grow, offering a wide range of automotive components that support vehicles of all makes and models. The company fosters an inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated and encourages employees to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

The Delivery Driver / Warehouse team member role at Worldpac is a critical position that bridges the gap between warehouse operations and customer service. This role involves driving established routes to deliver products and pick up returned merchandise from customers, ensuring a seamless supply chain experience. Additionally, this position is responsible for shipping and receiving functions within the branch, which are essential for inventory management and order fulfillment. The role requires someone who is not only reliable but also committed to safety, accuracy, and professionalism in all interactions.

The job offers an hourly pay range of $17.00 to $22.75, reflecting the importance of the position within the company. This is an on-site, full-time employment opportunity that demands physical endurance and attention to detail. The Delivery Driver / Warehouse team member must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and sometimes up to 100 pounds, indicating the physical demands inherent in the role. Candidates in this position will utilize various skills such as safe driving, customer service, record-keeping, and handling forklifts or pallet jacks.

In this role, individuals will be tasked with handling deliveries safely and courteously, managing shipping and receiving paperwork, and organizing merchandise by part and quantity. They will be essential in ensuring that orders are picked up, delivered, and signed for accurately. The ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational instructions is critical, as is proficiency in basic math and computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to liaise confidently with customers and team members alike.

Worldpac values team members who demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic while maintaining a clean and neat work environment. The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with automotive parts and a desire to learn about all aspects of branch operations. This role also offers opportunities to develop new skills and grow within the company. Worldpac places a strong emphasis on safety, so adherence to company safety standards and maintaining a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record are mandatory.

Working at Worldpac means becoming part of a company that invests in its employees through comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and a commitment to health and wellness. The company culture supports employees in balancing their professional and personal lives while striving for continued professional development.
