The role of Delivery Driver at LIV is a pivotal position that combines customer service, safe product delivery, and community engagement. This non-exempt shift position offers flexible hours—including days, nights, and weekends—to accommodate various schedules. LIV provides a company-maintained, insured vehicle for deliveries, underscoring the company’s commitment to driver safety and convenience. In this role, the delivery driver is responsible for timely and secure transport of online cannabis orders using the Onfleet delivery system, as well as handling cash transactions with accuracy. The driver also serves as a crucial point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service via phone, text, and face-to-face interactions.

Beyond delivery, the role includes assisting with inventory and back-of-house duties during downtime. Drivers are expected to uphold high standards of road safety and professionalism while operating company vehicles within Michigan state boundaries. Applicants must possess a valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record and must be at least 21 years old, meeting the requirements set by the Cannabis Regulatory Association. Residency within Michigan is mandatory to ensure compliance with state regulations.
