The current opportunity is for the role of Store Team Member, also referred to internally as Merchandiser. This position plays a vital part in both the operational success and brand representation of Total Wine & More. Store Team Members are responsible for maintaining product inventory and supporting online business operations, leading to a seamless and positive shopping experience for every customer. This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time employment and requires an adaptable approach, as team members may engage in various responsibilities ranging from merchandising and sales to front-end support. It is an integral position that involves interaction with customers to deliver exceptional service, assisting with inventory management, and executing merchandising tasks such as building displays and managing product placements.

As part of the role, the Merchandiser will engage in key activities like processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, stocking products, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations including in-store, curbside pick-up, and delivery services. Candidates must be prepared to participate in training to build knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer products, which enhances their ability to assist customers more effectively and contribute to sales. The role requires an individual who can maintain a clean and safe store environment, comply with alcohol sale regulations, and uphold company standards. On occasions when delivery duties are assigned, the individual may be responsible for loading and delivering orders, following all safety and traffic laws.
