- 18 years of age
- clean 2 year driving record
- ability to communicate politely and courteously
- ability to maintain perfect image according to standards
- adherence to safety and cash handling protocols
- no possession of weapons or pocket knives at work
- valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age

- knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to follow company policy
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- experience in food handling or preparation is a plus
Job Duties
- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of the menu
- Being in perfect image according to standard
- Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, give them something extra
- Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say "Let me get your change" on every order with no exception
- No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
- No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
- Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
- Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery
- Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products
- Only proper procedure for products is allowed
