Job Requirements
- currently own a vehicle to accommodate route size
- provide your own vehicle
- drivers must be 18+ years old with valid driver’s license
- good driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years)
- pass drug screen and felony background check
- must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weight
- auto insurance coverage: 100k/300k/50k for vehicles under 10,000 lbs GVWR (BIPD)
- 500k for vehicles over 10,000 lbs GVWR (CSL)
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- good driving record with no more than 3 violations in 3 years
- ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights
- smartphone (Android or iPhone) proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
- knowledge of local area routes
- experience with last-mile delivery preferred
Job Duties
- load vehicle with packages and plan efficient delivery routes
- safely operate cargo vans, sprinter vans, or box trucks for last-mile deliveries
- complete 40-plus delivery stops daily within specified areas
- interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfactory delivery experiences
- maintain accurate delivery records and electronic proof of delivery using a smartphone app
- adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- report any vehicle maintenance or delivery issues promptly
