The Delivery Driver/Warehouse position at Worldpac plays a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery and quality handling of automotive parts and related merchandise. This full-time, on-site role involves driving established routes to deliver products or pick up returned items from customers while adhering to all safety and service standards. The individual in this role also manages all shipping and receiving functions within the branch, including sorting, organizing, and preparing merchandise for storage or dispatch. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining accurate delivery documentation, confirming customer orders, and processing delivery manifests and receiving documents. Additionally, the Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member interacts with customers by collecting payment when necessary and ensuring signatures are obtained for all delivered or returned goods.

This role demands high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Candidates must exhibit excellent customer service skills, a commitment to safe driving practices, and familiarity with warehouse equipment operation such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
