The Non-CDL Delivery Driver role at Breakthru Beverage Group is a full-time position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and interacting with customers daily. In this position, drivers are responsible for delivering pre-sold products such as beer, wine, and spirits from the company Distribution Center to various account locations. The role demands strict adherence to safety regulations and federal laws related to driving and alcohol distribution, ensuring that both the driver and company maintain full compliance. Scheduled from Tuesday to Friday beginning at 7:00 AM and continuing until the work is completed, this position offers a paid hourly wage of $25.65. Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area
- Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team
- Pay attention to detail and meet deadlines

- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Job Duties
- Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer and other beverages to accounts in a safe and responsible manner while complying with federal mandated laws
- Maintain good relations with retail customers
- Provide customer service by listening and resolving customer concerns
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoice
- Record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records
- Return empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise by making appropriate collections from customers
- Ensure the company and themselves remain compliant with all applicable federal mandated laws and requirements for a DOT driver
- Maintain records by completing DOT driver log
- Perform duties in a safe manner by following established safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Determine condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use
- Maintain safe vehicle and conditions and protect load by complying with organization policies, procedures, highway rules and regulations
- Maintain appearance of delivery truck by daily cleaning of the inside of the truck
- Request routine truck maintenance by completing written maintenance request form
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
