The Tractor Trailer Driver position is a full-time role classified under Market Operations, offering a competitive hourly wage of $30 with overtime potential. The work schedule is structured as a four-day work week from Tuesday to Friday, with typical start times at 6 AM and occasional overnight shifts starting between 12 and 2 AM. This role is integral to Breakthru Beverage Group's supply chain operations, involving the safe and efficient transportation of products from distribution centers to customer locations using commercial tractor trailers. The successful candidate must hold a valid CDL-A license and demonstrate a history of safe driving alongside knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

This position requires the driver to be responsible not only for transporting goods but also for loading and unloading pallets, products, and equipment in compliance with company policies and safety standards. Drivers are expected to inspect their vehicles before and after use, perform preventative maintenance, and accurately maintain logs and shipment documentation. Effective communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, the role may involve troubleshooting mechanical issues and maintaining equipment inventories.
