The Delivery Driver role offers hourly pay starting at $20 with weekly pay schedules, working four weekdays per week on 10-hour shifts from 6 am to 4 pm. This position is local-based, ensuring team members return home each night after their routes. Delivery Drivers are tasked with servicing approximately 150-180 residential accounts per shift, including doorstep household pickups and some walk-in office or restaurant deliveries of compostable goods. Drivers collect 4-gallon bins of food waste, leaving clean, empty bins behind, and ensure customer locations remain clean without debris. At the end of the day, Delivery Drivers return their vehicles to the CompostNow warehouse for unloading.

Additional duties include performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and regulatory compliance, weighing and recording bin weights, making service notes, and maintaining a clean vehicle. The position requires a physically active working environment, with willingness to work outside in all weather conditions. Team members must be adaptable to ongoing operational updates and new service launches such as scaled composting programs and specialty recycling services, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improving the company’s environmental impact.
