Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently delivers cannabis products to customers within the designated delivery areas
- Verifies and validates customer identification and age to ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Maintains accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, customer information, and any issues encountered
- Handles and transports cannabis products with care, ensuring they remain secure and undamaged during transit
- Provides exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously
- Follows all company policies and procedures, including those related to vehicle maintenance, safety, and security
- Creates efficient routes and if applicable communicates effectively with the dispatch team to receive and report delivery assignments and updates
- Adheres to all traffic laws and regulations to always ensure safe driving practices
