Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Clear communication skills
- Reliable and safety-conscious driving record
- Basic cash handling proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a related role preferred
- Strong communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to bend, stand, walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 60 lbs
- Familiarity with maps and navigation in metropolitan areas
- Basic cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Pick up parts from multiple vendors and ensure stockroom parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained
- Maintain consistent focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain delivery truck by following safety checklists, ensuring cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns accurately
