We are currently seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to join Omnicare Pharmacy, a part of CVS Health. Omnicare Pharmacy specializes in providing medications and related healthcare products to long-term care facilities and patients' homes, focusing on accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Delivery Drivers at Omnicare play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive their prescriptions and healthcare supplies promptly and securely. This position offers a part-time employment opportunity with an anticipated 29 hours per week. The hourly pay range is competitive, starting from $16.00 up to $26.21, dependent on experience, education, and geographic location.

In this role, the Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting prescription orders and other pharmacy-related products on a predetermined route using a company-provided vehicle. The primary focus is to meet medication delivery schedules while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations. Delivery Drivers must maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA laws. This requires a customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage pharmacy workstations to support accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.

Although prior professional driving experience is not mandatory, individuals with experience in roles such as limousine driving, taxi or bus driving, courier services, or gig economy driving are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Duties

  • Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or patient homes
