The role of a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, a part of CVS Health, is vital in ensuring that patients receive their prescription orders and healthcare products safely and promptly. This position involves delivering medication and supplies directly to long-term care facilities and patients' homes following a predetermined route and schedule. As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided vehicle, maintaining it responsibly while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. This role requires an ethical mindset, attention to patient confidentiality including adherence to HIPAA regulations, and a customer service-oriented approach. While professional driving experience is not mandatory, background experience in limo driving, taxi or bus driving, courier services, or gig-economy roles is welcomed.

- Previous driving experience preferred
- Current, valid driver's license appropriate for vehicle operation
- Ability to drive for long periods

Job Duties
- Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or patient's homes
- Load products/materials
- Responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management for maintenance issues
- Maintain full compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA to ensure patient confidentiality
- Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support timely filling of prescriptions
