Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with 2 1/2 years driving experience
- Valid state issued driver's license and a reliable automobile
- Clean driving record
- Working smartphone with data plan and ability to download delivery app
- Ability to carry delivery tote bags and/or lift objects weighing approximately 5 to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods (2+ hours)
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- 2 1/2 years driving experience
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Working smartphone with data plan and ability to download delivery app
- Positive attitude
- Past delivery experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating company values and culture at all times
- Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles with urgency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding brand standards and addressing customer concerns during delivery
- Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly areas including cleanliness, speed, accuracy, food taste, and courteous service
- Successfully complete Chick-fil-A driver training course(s) and submit to driving record and background check
- Abide by Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance standards at all times
- Perform other restaurant-related duties when requested
