Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- have a valid driver's license for car or scooter delivery
- own a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- submit Social Security number for background check
- pass background screening
- have a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with Silver Spring area
- ability to use smartphone applications
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of traffic and safety rules
- ability to work independently
Job Duties
- pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers efficiently
- manage delivery schedules and routes using the Uber app
- maintain communication with customers and support teams as needed
- ensure safe handling and transportation of food items
- comply with all local traffic laws and Uber's standards
- keep the delivery vehicle or mode in good working condition
- provide excellent customer service during deliveries
